ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after being placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We do offer PRE-ORDER items.

Pre-order items are typically shipped within 3–5 weeks, depending on the item.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Production timelines may vary slightly depending on demand and manufacturing schedules.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure your package arrives within the advertised timeframe, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Your address must include all required and relevant information including:

Street name
Apartment / unit / suite number
Correct postal or zip code
City and state

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
